Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. Orders over €59.00 qualify for free shipping.

EU: We charge a flat shipping fee of €12.90 for international orders. Orders over €59.00 qualify for free shipping.

International: We charge a flat shipping fee of €18.90 for international orders. We offer free shipping on orders over €59.00. Outside the EU, additional import duties may apply, independent of us.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 days, and international deliveries take 2-14 days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
