Shipping Conditions

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, shipping is free.

EU: We charge a flat international shipping rate as follows: €12.90. For orders over €79.00, shipping is free.

International: We charge a flat international shipping rate as follows: €18.90 EUR. For orders over €79.00, shipping is free. Outside the EU, additional import fees may apply, which are beyond our control.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
