A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HKN MODA), Schwerter Straße 15, 58099 Hagen, Germany, (email: You must inform us ( support@vintplus.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
⚠️ Important information regarding returns:
A refund is only possible for unused, undamaged goods with all original product labels attached.
If the labels have been removed or the goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or a refund. In this case, we will return the goods upon request – the buyer bears the shipping costs.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials, and in an unused condition. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging. The goods must not be folded.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect. The buyer must bear the return shipping costs!
3) Returns due to buyer fault
Should a shipment be returned to us due to an error on the part of the buyer (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect name on the doorbell or failure to collect from the parcel shop) or due to non-acceptance of the delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting shipping and return costs from the refund amount, depending on the country of shipment.
This also applies if the original shipment was free within a free shipping threshold (e.g. from €59).
4) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-3 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
