Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge the following flat rate for international shipping: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge the following flat rate for international shipping: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import fees may apply later, independently of us.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods takes place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
