Care instructions – VINT+ Canvas Shopper
Cleaning the canvas material:
Wipe the bag regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth. For heavier soiling, a soft brush can be used. Please do not use harsh cleaning agents.
Care of the cotton lining:
Shake out the inner lining regularly to remove dust and crumbs. Light soiling can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Always allow the lining to air dry completely.
Faux leather label:
Clean the vegan leather details gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture or vigorous rubbing.
Zipper & functional parts:
Remove dust or small particles with a soft brush. Ensure the zipper runs freely and remains clean.
Overload protection:
Do not overload the bag to protect the seams, zipper and handles.
Storage:
Store the shopper in a dry, shady place. Please do not squeeze or fold it to maintain its shape.

Shipping costs (incl. legal VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge a flat shipping rate for international orders as follows: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge a flat shipping rate for international orders as follows: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import fees may apply later, independently of us.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
