General care:

- Gentle cleaning: Use a damp cloth or soft brush to gently remove dirt or dust. Avoid aggressive cleaning products or sharp brushes to avoid damaging the material.

- Drying: Allow the bag to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight or the use of heating devices to prevent discoloration or deformation.

- Keep the shape: Store the bag in a dry, cool place. To keep the shape, we recommend lightly stuffing the bag with paper or a soft cloth.

- Do not wash: The bag is not suitable for machine washing. Also avoid complete immersion in water as this may weaken the structure of the bag.

Precautions:
Protect from moisture: Avoid unnecessary exposure to moisture. Store in a dry place in rainy or damp environments.

Avoid overloading:
To prevent deformation or damage to the bag, be careful not to overload the bag with heavy items.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order for shipping costs. We deliver free shipping for orders over €49.00.

EU: We calculate shipping costs abroad as follows: €13.99 EUR

International: We calculate shipping costs abroad as follows: €19.99

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 8 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
