Care instructions – VINT+ Striped Bag
Cleaning the canvas polyester material:
Wipe the bag regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth. For heavier soiling, a soft brush can be used. Please do not use harsh cleaning agents or bleach.
Interior without lining:
Since the bag has no inner lining, the interior can simply be shaken out or cleaned of dust and small particles with a soft brush.
Vegan leather labels:
Clean the vegan leather details carefully with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture or rubbing.
Snap fasteners:
Keep the snap fasteners clean and free of sand, dirt, or dust. Clean with a soft brush if necessary.
Overload protection:
Do not overload the bag to protect the seams, snap fasteners and carrying handles.
Storage:
Store the bag in a dry, shady place. Do not squeeze or fold it for extended periods to help it retain its shape.

Shipping Terms
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge flat-rate international shipping costs as follows: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge flat-rate international shipping costs as follows: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import fees may apply afterwards, independently of us.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 – 4 days, and for international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
