Vegan leather handles & black faux leather trim:
Clean the handle and rim with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
To protect the surface, avoid excessive moisture and harsh rubbing.
Zippers & Hardware:
Carefully remove dust and dirt with a soft brush.
Regularly check that the zippers run smoothly and are free of particles.
Interior without lining:
Since the bag has no inner lining, the interior can easily be shaken out.
Residue or dust can be removed with a small hand brush or a dry cloth.

Shipping costs (including statutory value-added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge a flat international shipping rate as follows: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge a flat international shipping rate as follows: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import duties may apply, which are beyond our control.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods delivered domestically (Germany) will arrive within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
