How to care for your Straw Bowling Bag
Cleaning the straw material:
Carefully remove dust with a dry cloth or a soft brush.
Avoid vigorous rubbing to prevent damage to the woven structure.
Please do not get it completely wet – the straw material is more sensitive to moisture.
Vegan leather handles & black faux leather trim:
Wipe the vegan leather parts and the faux leather trim with a slightly damp cloth.
Make sure that moisture does not soak into the straw fabric.
Zippers & Hardware:
Clean zippers and metal parts with a soft brush.
Make sure that zippers are free of dust to ensure smooth opening and closing.
Interior:
Simply shake out the interior to remove dust or particles, then wipe with a light damp cloth.
For stubborn dirt, a small brush can be used.
Protection from moisture:
The straw version should be protected from heavy rain or wet conditions.
If the bag gets damp: gently pat dry and allow to air dry – away from direct heat sources or sunlight.
Overload protection:
Do not overload the bag to avoid deforming or stressing the straw material.
Storage:
Store the bag in a dry and protected place.
Do not squeeze or bend, so that the woven structure is preserved.

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for shipping. For orders over €59.00, shipping is free.

EU: We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, shipping is free.

International: We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, shipping is free. Outside the EU, additional import fees may apply later, independently of us.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
