Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge a flat shipping fee for international orders as follows: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge a flat shipping fee for international orders as follows: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import duties may apply, which are beyond our control.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
