Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge a flat international shipping rate as follows: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge a flat international shipping rate as follows: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import fees may apply, independently of us.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
