1.Hand wash: Clean the strap by hand with mild soap or mild detergent and lukewarm water. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents or bleach as these could damage the material.

2.Air drying: Allow the cleaned strap to air dry. Do not hang it in direct sunlight or use heating devices as this may damage the polyester material.

3.Avoid Heat: Avoid contact of the strap with hot surfaces or heat sources to prevent deformation or damage.

4.Storage: Store the strap in a dry and clean place, away from sharp or pointed objects that could damage the material.

5.Do not machine wash: Do not wash the strap in the washing machine as this may cause tangling or damage.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €5.90 per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge a flat rate shipping fee to other countries as follows: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge a flat rate shipping fee to other countries as follows: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import duties may be incurred, for which we are not responsible.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
