Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for shipping costs. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

EU: We charge the following flat rate for international shipping costs: €12.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge.

International: We charge the following flat rate for international shipping costs: €18.90 EUR per order. For orders over €59.00, we deliver free of charge. Outside the EU, additional import fees may apply subsequently, which are beyond our control.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you.
